You will need to pick up a couple of items for
your new pocket beagle puppy. We suggest to start by purchasing a can of
chicken. We like for all of our customers to have a can on standby for
your new puppy. This can of chicken can be found next to the canned tuna
at your local grocery store. (Human Food). The chicken will be
used to stimulate the puppy's appetite in case he/she is a little
excited about the new environment. Below is an image of the canned
chicken.

Most new pet owners want to get their new puppy as
bed. We suggest getting the same type of bed that your pocket beagle is
used to using. Having the same bed will make the transition to a new
home even easier. We use fleece pet beds for our pocket beagle puppy
nursery. Below is an actual image of the bed that we use for our pocket
beagles. Beds of this nature can be purchased @ any Wal-Mart, Petco,
Petsmart, or Tractor Supply Stores.

| "What
brand of food is my puppy used to eating?"
is a commonly asked question. You will receive a sample of the food,
Eukanuba Small Breed Puppy. You will be able to take the mini-replica
bag to your local store in order to purchase the correct brand and type.
